  • Regular backups are recommended.

6. Support & Updates

  • Basic support is provided as per the package or agreement.
  • Updates may be released periodically to improve functionality and security.
  • Customizations or additional features may incur extra charges.

7. Payment Terms

  • The HRMS is sold as a one-time purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • No recurring fees apply unless you opt for additional services.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

8. Customization

  • Custom features can be developed upon request.
  • Scope, timeline, and pricing will be mutually agreed upon.
  • Custom work is non-refundable once development begins.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The provider is not liable for:

  • Users are responsible for securing their hosting environment and credentials.

11. Termination

  • Access may be terminated if you violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your license to use the system will cease immediately.

  • The provider is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.
