7. Payment Terms

• No recurring fees apply unless you opt for additional services.
• All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

8. Customization

• Scope, timeline, and pricing will be mutually agreed upon.
• Custom work is non-refundable once development begins.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The provider is not liable for:
  • Data loss due to user negligence or third-party issues.
  • Business interruptions or indirect damages.

10. Security

• While the system is built with secure technologies, no system is completely risk-free.
• Users are responsible for securing their hosting environment and credentials.

11. Termination

• Access may be terminated if you violate these terms.
• Upon termination, your license to use the system will cease immediately.

12. Third-Party Services

• The HRMS may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, hosting).
• The provider is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.

13. Changes to Terms
